Remove paragraph sign in TOC #16

It's unlogical to have the paragraph sign in the TOC only at the first entry.

there's a paragraph sign at the end of line of every heading.

it hints that what you see on the left is 'table of contents' and that it belongs to the same page (after you see the paragraph sign where the text continutes after 'table of contents').

if you don't like it i can remove it. but the argument of being "unlogical" will not make it on its own. it's just not true ;)
