Allow custom or inherited Filenames for exported (Print) PDFs #9

Currently, saving a 'print' PDF defaults to a filename associated with the URL of the print entry.

For Dotawo issue 7 that is:
pages.sandpoints.org_dotawo_print_issue7_.pdf

For anything exported via a localhost server, that is:
localhost.pdf

It would be quite useful if somehow the filename of the exported PDF could be customized to either inherit the name of the primary entry (Issue title), or a custom title that could be inserted in the TOML section of a print markdown file.
