Create 'Print this entry' link in online version of a printable entry / Associate Print with Entries. #12

Print items, at the moment, are only visible in the Sitemap, or in [Print](/print/).
There is no way for a reader to know if they can print a given entry or issue, except if they check the sitemap for a corresponding Print entry.

It's extremely useful to have mentions of 'Print' inside a given entry, or issue. However, that only applies in the web version. There is no need to have a 'Print' button in an exported PDF.

For example an Issue could mention:
![Save a printable PDF of this issue](print:issue-7)

One way is to query Print items for their target, and place a 'Print this [item] (article, issue, etc.), in the target document -- which should be ommited ideally from the exported PDF.
